Exciting Sports Card Releases in June

The month of June is gearing up to be an exciting time for sports card collectors, with a plethora of new releases set to hit the shelves. From basketball to baseball and hockey, there’s something for every type of collector to look forward to in the upcoming weeks.

Starting off on June 5, 2024, collectors can expect the release of the highly anticipated 2023-24 Panini Obsidian Basketball set. This set boasts two autographs, one memorabilia card, and a mix of inserts or parallels along with base cards in each box. Keep an eye out for the rare Black Color Blast inserts and the exclusive content of the First Off the Line version. In addition, the 2023-24 Upper Deck Synergy Hockey will coincide with the Stanley Cup Finals, offering a base set of 125 cards with the possibility of autographs.

Rounding out the releases on June 5 is the 2024 Bowman Sapphire Baseball set, famous for its popularity and including three colored parallels and a guaranteed autograph in every box. Despite being a quick sellout online, collectors may find luck scouring eBay for available listings.

Moving on to June 7, collectors can dive into the 2023-24 Topps G-League Basketball set, providing a fresh lineup of cards to add to their collections.

As we approach June 12, the 2024 Topps Series 2 Baseball set will continue the flagship series, offering 350 new base cards featuring MLB newcomers and rookies. Available in various box styles such as Hobby, Blaster, and Display, this set is sure to attract baseball card enthusiasts. Tennis fans can also look forward to the release of the 2023-24 Topps Chrome Bundesliga set on the same day.

On June 14, collectors can get their hands on the 2023-24 Donruss Optic Basketball set, where each Hobby box will contain 20 packs with a mix of cards including autographs and inserts. New inserts featured this year are Rising Suns and Red Hot Rookies, adding excitement to this release.

Looking ahead to June 19, the 2023-24 Panini Contenders Basketball set will offer two autographs in every box from a selection of eight-card packs. Keep an eye out for the Rookie Ticket Autographs, a must-have for any basketball card collector. Additionally, the 2023-24 Upper Deck Extended Series Hockey will introduce 200 new cards to the NHL flagship set, including more Young Guns and 1st Round Rookies. Other releases to look out for include the 2023 Immaculate WWE and the 2024 Topps Museum UEFA Club.

With a diverse range of releases spanning across different sports and featuring both modern and vintage players, collectors are sure to find something to add to their collections in the month of June. Whether you’re a fan of basketball, baseball, or hockey, the upcoming weeks offer a variety of options to enhance your sports card collection.
