2023 Panini Select Football Set to Launch

The 2023 Panini Select Football set is getting ready to hit the shelves this summer, offering collectors and NFL enthusiasts a chance to delve into the world of sports card collecting just in time for the 2024 NFL training camps. This highly anticipated release boasts a chromium-styled design that has become a signature element of Panini’s sports card lineup.

One of the standout features of this year’s edition is the 500-card base set, which is divided into five distinct levels to cater to collectors of all preferences. The base set kicks off with the Concourse Level, showcasing cards #1 – 100, which are considered the most common in the set. On the other end of the spectrum, the Field Level includes cards #401 – 500, which are the rarest finds in the collection. Collectors can also look forward to a variety of sought-after parallels like the Zebra and Disco parallels, as well as the limited Tie-Dye parallels.

A fan-favorite feature making a return in the 2023 Panini Select Football set is the XRC Mystery Redemption program. This exciting program gives collectors the opportunity to get their hands on some of the first licensed rookie cards from the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft class. The XRC cards will showcase Silver Prizm variants, low-numbered editions, and even autographs, making them a must-have for avid collectors.

In addition to the base set, the 2023 release will feature a range of autographs and memorabilia cards to add to the excitement. Collectors can expect to find Jumbo Rookie Signature Swatches, Prime Selections Prizm Signatures Tie-Dye autograph memorabilia cards, and autographs from legendary players in the Spectra Hall of Fame Signatures Prizm series.

Fans can also look forward to the return of beloved inserts like Starcade, Color Wheel, and Select Anniversary, which complement the overall aesthetic of this year’s collection.

For those looking to get their hands on the 2023 Panini Select Football set, the hobby box configuration includes 5 cards per pack, 12 packs per box, and 12 boxes per case. Each hobby box is projected to contain 2 autographs, 1 memorabilia card, 15 Prizm parallels, 6 inserts, and 2 Field Level base cards. With an estimated retail price of $450 per box, collectors can expect a comprehensive selection of high-value cards to add to their collections.

As the countdown to summer release date continues, collectors and NFL fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the 2023 Panini Select Football set. With its exciting features, exclusive autographs, and diverse range of cards, this year’s release is set to capture the most iconic moments and athletes of the upcoming NFL season.
